Reduces energy costs for the public sector while improving indoor air quality and enhancing building resilience to extreme weather.

Increases the use of energy-efficient materials and technologies, promotes resource conservation and lowers greenhouse gas emissions. For the public sector utility bills are reduced and there is improved public building resiliency.
